From 23th. to 25th. February at the GSMA Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona (Spain), we present our retail technology at 4YFN. The facial recognition technology of Emotion Research LAB helps companies better understand consumer behavior.
The tool measures the actual consumer experience at the point of sale and it is monitored and recorded by the instant access online platform developed by Emotion Research Lab. Facial coding tech allows just with a webcam to measure the emotional reaction and anticipate the behavior on decision making.
The goal is to learn more about potential consumers of the establishment detecting their facial expressions, their age, their gender or their mood in order to identify new market niches or improve their sales strategy to get closer to the needs and tastes of the customer.
